Why studios and brands pick us

Games engineered like products, not art projects

Games live or die on retention, virality and monetisation. We bring the same product discipline we apply to SaaS, with a small senior team that ships polished, balanced, profitable titles instead of beautiful 50% complete prototypes.

Why Dafe Software

What you get when you work with us

Concept to live ops

We take the idea through prototype, soft launch, hard launch and live operations. One team, no handovers in the middle.

Monetisation built in

Ads, IAP, subscriptions, cosmetics or season passes, designed alongside the gameplay loop and not bolted on at the end.

Cross platform delivery

iOS, Android, web (WebGL) and PC from the same codebase when it makes sense, with native polish where it matters.

Live, multiplayer ready

Authoritative servers, matchmaking, leaderboards, anti cheat and player accounts engineered the way modern games need.

Analytics led design

Funnels, retention cohorts and balance dashboards from day one. Decisions are based on data, not vibes.

Branded and serious games

Games for training, marketing and education that hit business KPIs while still being fun to play.

Production

Full content build, balancing, monetisation, store assets and platform certification.

4

Common questions

Frequently asked

Do you take on small game projects?+

Our smallest typical engagement is around $40,000 for a focused mobile or web game. For branded and serious games, we have done shorter scoped pieces.

Can you take a game we already started?+

Yes. We frequently pick up half built titles, do a candid technical and design audit, then either finish, rebuild or pivot it depending on the verdict.

Do you publish or do we keep the IP?+

You keep the IP by default. We can also introduce publishers from our network or co publish on a revenue share where it makes sense.

How do you handle live ops after launch?+

We offer monthly live ops retainers covering events, A/B tests, balance changes, new content drops, and ongoing performance and crash work.
