We work in short, transparent cycles: Discovery → Design → Build → Validate → Launch. Each phase ends with something you can see and react to — a prototype, a working feature, a staging build — so there are no surprises at the end. You get a dedicated point of contact and visibility into our project board from day one.
We scope tightly, work in two-week sprints, and review progress with you at the end of each one. A clear, prioritized backlog means we always build the highest-value work first — so even if scope shifts, the outcomes that matter most still ship. Budget and timeline are tracked openly, never discovered at the end.
As involved as you want to be. At a minimum we ask for a weekly review and timely feedback on deliverables. You will have visibility into the backlog, sprint demos and a direct line to the team — collaboration and transparency are how we avoid building the wrong thing.

Launch is a milestone, not the finish line. We monitor the live product, resolve issues quickly, and offer ongoing maintenance plans that keep your software secure, fast and current as dependencies, browsers and operating systems evolve.
Yes. We offer flexible plans — from on-demand fixes to dedicated retainers with guaranteed response times (SLAs). Plans typically cover bug fixes, security patches, performance monitoring, dependency updates and small feature enhancements, so the product keeps earning its keep long after launch.
Critical issues are covered by a warranty period after launch and are addressed as a priority. Beyond that, your support plan defines clear response and resolution times. Either way you have an accountable channel to report issues — not a black hole.
Absolutely. We hand over clean, documented code, architecture notes and runbooks, and we will train your team or developers to run it confidently. You are never locked into us — you own the code and the knowledge to operate it.

It depends on your timeline and roadmap. Partnering with us gives you a full, experienced team immediately — design, engineering, QA and DevOps — without the cost and delay of hiring. Many clients launch fast with us, then transition to an in-house team we help recruit and train. We will give you an honest recommendation for your situation.
You do — fully. On final payment, all source code, designs and IP transfer to you. We are happy to host and maintain it on your behalf, but you are never held hostage to your own product.
